1. No Regulated Financial Service (MiFID II)

MarketPulse is not a regulated investment firm, broker, or financial advisor under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (Directive 2014/65/EU — "MiFID II") or any equivalent national regulation.

We do not hold a license, authorization, or registration from any EU National Competent Authority (NCA), including but not limited to:

  • BaFin (Germany)
  • AMF (France)
  • CNMV (Spain)
  • CONSOB (Italy)

  • FMA (Austria)

We do not provide any of the following regulated services:

2. Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) Disclaimer

The data and indicators provided by MarketPulse are derived from publicly available market data sources (specifically, the Polygon.io API, which aggregates data from exchanges and market data providers).

MarketPulse does not produce or disseminate investment recommendations as defined by Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse ("MAR") and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/958.

Specifically:

  • Signals such as "BULLISH", "BEARISH", "OVERBOUGHT", or "OVERSOLD" are purely mathematical outputs of standard, well-known technical analysis formulas (RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, etc.) applied mechanically to price data.
  • These signals do not express an opinion, recommendation, or suggestion regarding the value or future price of any financial instrument.
  • No analyst, author, or person has contributed subjective judgment to these outputs.
  • The outputs are generated automatically and identically for every user requesting the same symbol and parameters.

3. Packaged Retail Investment Products (PRIIPs)

MarketPulse does not manufacture, distribute, or advise on packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (PRIIPs) as defined by Regulation (EU) No 1286/2014. No Key Information Documents (KIDs) are provided, as none are applicable to the Service.

4. Derivatives and EMIR

MarketPulse does not facilitate, execute, or clear any derivatives transactions. We do not provide services subject to the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR — Regulation (EU) No 648/2012). Our tools may reference options or futures data for informational purposes only.

5. Data Source and Accuracy

Market data displayed by MarketPulse is sourced from Polygon.io, which aggregates data from public market data feeds. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty that data is:

  • Real-time (data may be delayed by seconds to minutes);
  • Complete (not all instruments or markets may be covered);
  • Error-free (prices, volumes, or computed indicators may contain inaccuracies).

MarketPulse is not a data vendor and does not hold any data distribution licenses. Data is provided under Polygon.io's terms and is subject to their limitations.

6. Crypto-Asset Disclaimer (MiCA)

Where MarketPulse provides data for crypto-assets (e.g., BTC-USD), such data is for informational purposes only. MarketPulse is not a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) as defined by the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA — Regulation (EU) 2023/1114).

Crypto-assets are highly volatile and unregulated in many jurisdictions. You may lose some or all of your investment. Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose.

MarketPulse is designed to provide data to AI assistants (e.g., Claude, Cursor) via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The AI assistant's interpretation of the data, any natural language commentary it generates, and any conclusions it draws are not produced, reviewed, or endorsed by MarketPulse.

AI assistants may hallucinate, misinterpret data, or present information in misleading ways. Always verify data and claims independently.
